X2O Media and Barco Integration Demonstrated for the First Time in North America
MONTREAL -- June 11, 2014 -- X2O Media today announced that it will be exhibiting its innovative X2O platform in the Barco booth at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas, June 18-20. In booth C6308, attendees will have the opportunity to see the companies' software and hardware solutions working together for the first time in North America.
At InfoComm 2014, X2O Media will be powering a wide range of Barco displays, including the company's LiveDots line of high-impact LCD and LED video display systems targeting the retail and advertising markets. X2O channels will also be on display on the new tiled, ultra-narrow-bezel LCD video walls ideal for control rooms, broadcast, signage, meeting rooms, and rental and staging. The X2O platform will enable the management and delivery of a variety of dynamic and interactive channels to displays throughout the booth.

Built using HTML5, the authoring application features intuitive, drag-and-drop tools to let users quickly create eye-catching channels that include HD video, still images, 3D animations, PowerPoint(R) slides, and more. Linking to internal and external data sources is simplified, enabling users to easily incorporate data-driven graphics linked to corporate databases such as SAP(R) and Oracle(R), Excel(R) spreadsheets, or RSS feeds. With the cloud-based X2O Channel Designer, content managers can easily access the software anywhere, anytime via a Web browser, while the platform's X2O player supports HTML5 and plays out content in real time to multiple screens including digital signage displays, video walls, tablets, and mobile phones.
