The Challenge

Application:  Back-to-Back Enclosures 3x1 Ceiling Suspended

Property:   Stadium Project, Major NBA Team Arena

Opportunity: Ceiling suspended 3x1 enclosed Planar displays, back-to-back.

Enclosures must be pre-configured for fast attachment to existing structure to meet fast approaching season opener.

Enclosures to be painted in team's blue color by specific painter.
 
 
The Solution - Action Taken

Designed a lightweight aluminum chassis that reduced ceiling structural load with ventilation at the top of the unit by using perforated aluminum panels for sufficient heat dissipation.

To minimize installation time, a custom pallet was designed to transport pre-configured enclosures from the site loading dock to the install location. This eliminated the need to load, unload, and assemble multiple parts on site.

The final solution had 7° of downward tilt for optimal viewing, and painted in a custom color that complimented the new construction and team branding.
